We do not take payment at the door once our tradesmen finished, he will hand you his time sheet for you to check and sign, the time sheet is then calculated at our head office, an invoice will then be sent out to you, you can then forward the invoice to your insurance company asking them to pay us direct leaving you nothing pay subject to excess.
