WHAT IS AN EMERGENCY?
An emergency is when for example your roof leaks, causing damage to your property. It is the home owners responsibility to limit further damage. Therefore temporary repairs or full repairs should be carried out immediately.
WHAT G & A DO?
If this is storm damage, fire or theft we can call out immediately and carry out the necessary repairs.
PAYMENT?
We do not take money on the door.
Once our contractors have finished the works they will hand you a time sheet for you to sign. This time sheet then comes back to our head office where the hours and materials are calculated and an invoice will be sent out.
If this is an insurance claim you can ask your insurance company to pay us direct. If your insurance company does not pay your claim the responsibility to pay the total invoice will be yours.
The payment process normally takes 3-4 weeks.
