Small Monthly Fee
From as little as £3 per week, you can be covered for general maintenance and emergency repairs.

What does the Ultramate Property Maintenance Policy Cover?
Summary of cover:
- 6 monthly or 12 monthly checks
- Cleaning out gutters
- Repositioning, free of charge, of dislodged tiles or slates
- Cleaning and jet washing drains
- Checking internal visual pipework including in the loft
- Checking smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
- Checking flashing's
- Checking pointing and making good where necessary
- Checking timbers for infestation - dry rot, wet rot , wood worm
- Decarbonating fascias and soffits
Other items can be added to your maintenance plan such as creosoting fences, pruning hedges and trees, de-mossing and cleaning patios or roofs - the choice is yours.
All from as little as £3 per week, paid by monthly standing order.
But I have Buildings Insurance Policy.
Yes, but have you read the small print. the bit that says "damage resulting from deterioration or poor maintenance is not covered." Your Ultramate Property Maintenance Policy will provide you with proof of upkeep and prevent any buildings insurance claim being invalidated.

With our policy, a simple phone call to our Emergency Hotline will ensure one or more of our approved professional tradesmen visits your property and starts work immediately.

We check your timber for infestation
The primary cause is damp, but we check your timber for any sign of dry rot, wet rot or wood worm. All the above can have serious and damaging effects on your property.
